Hey everyone

So while looking around on ebay this morning , I came across this 1931s buffalo ..
It's labeled as EF by the seller but after looking over several NGC and PCGS buffalo it looks closer to a EF45 to AU 50 in my opinion , the horn on the reverse seems really bold for a EF 40 coin ..
Anyways if you guys agree that's it's a high end EF if not AU , I will probably purchase the coin ...
The sellers photos are not good at all but judging from what you can see , what's everyone's thoughts on grade ?

The rim looks kinda funny below the date. (Maybe it's just the lighting?). Otherwise, it looks XF to me.
Rest in Peace

You have no idea what these fuzzy photos could be hiding.

Do they offer returns?

Are all of their coin photos this bad?

Yeah every single photo they have is bad , I've order from these guys in the past and have always been very pleased , they will go out of their way to make sure your happy ... More often then not the grade they list the coin as is on the conservative side !!
I was just wondering if anyone saw a possible AU coin instead of a EF , with these photos it's tough to, tell I know !!
Rest in Peace

These photos are showing me either a weak strike or a lot of wear. need sharper pics to confirm . So right now I'll have to say EF-40 .

Nothing bad seems to be jumping out, so I'd say EF-45 on this one.
