I think I can see a tiny amount of wear on the hair above Victoria's ear.
Reverse looks unworn.
Nice rims.
I would think that the milling feels reasonably sharp.

I would also think that the rich patina hides some of the nicks and scatches. If they are present, they are difficult to see in these pictures.
No radial lustre; the patina prevents that.

I believe this coin is a solid good extremely fine (gEF) in British adverbial grading system
