AU58. The wing tips, lower locks, bust point, top of the cap, cotton bolls, eagle's breast and wing feathers all show signs of light circulation rub based on these photos.

Funny I should find this very coin when I bought a similar one today. I was specifically wondering about the bare chest, if that could be as a result of a weak strike. It seems that I have my answer now. Btw nice coin.

I think maybe just weak strike based on the photos above so I would say MS-62.

I will say AU-55 I think it has a bit too much rub and surface abrasion to make 58

I'm at MS62 I think the scratches aren't so bad...just the toning in coin brings them out more, but hey I'm a rookie at this.

Orleans Dollars can be a challenge as a high percentage were weakly struck. here is the highest points on a silver dollar where you are going to see wear first. blowing up the high points shows that this coin most likely was not circulated. the high points show luster crossing all areas and no signs of rub due to circulation just banged around a bit against others. I have it at MS63.

Looks like VAM-31A and I'd say MS-62.
