No RPMs after 1989. That is when mint marks were no longer hand punched.

Thank you, learn something new everyday, I didn't know that. So when I look at coins I can stop looking for RPM after 1989:)

There can be a mint mark doubled after 1990, but then it is part of a doubled die. (I can only think of one die number so far that is like that.

Bust most of the time after 1990, the issues with the mint mark suffering MD or Die Deterioration.
