A guy wins two coins from me on ebay. Instead of waiting for me to send him an invoice for both coins at a shipping cost (to him!) of $2.54, he pays for both coins separately and pays $2.54 shipping on each.

I know I can refund him the $2.54, but is there any way to print a packing list showing both coins?
Rest in Peace

You may contact your buyer and let them know that you are sending them a combined invoice, refund the two invoices he has paid, and hopefully he will pay the combined invoice.

Other than all that rig-a-ma-role, it's two packages, or trust that he isn't going to try to say he only received one shipment and didn't get "the other".

I'm only an ebay noob compared to you, but I would probably just print one label, and 2 packing slips, ship them together, and refund the $2.54. As you know, you can manually add the tracking number to the other coin. I think the buyer would be very happy with that method.

That just happened to me. What I did was contact the buyer to tell him I offer combined shipping. I just put $2.50 in the envelop and sent it to him after letting him know that's what I was going to do. I received a "Thank You" email from him today letting me know he got the $2.50.

I did what edweather suggested, as I have a few times in the past. I was just wondering if there was a more efficient method.

I just do free shipping and adjust my prices accordingly. I still haven't lost money on a coin yet.
