What do you see? The coin is really too small to see much other than scratching on the obverse Can you crop away the back ground? the coin image could be larger

Coinlover - you'll need to get closer and clearer shots, but it does look like you might have a lamination error.

Are we talking about the big line (crack?) or the piece filling the O in IGWT? How can you tell from this magnification?

Hard to tell for sure. But it looks like a lamination across the obverse and a possible movement of the peel to the opposite side?  If this is so, then the object over the 'O' would be thin like a foil. ( don't remove it!) If it looks molten and attached, then it might be something added to the coin?

Not a large premium. An average BU lamination will bring about 50 cents. Circulated ones less.
