Is this an in person purchase or an online purchase? The reason I ask is there are tons of fake Trade dollars in the marketplace and you want to be able to verify authenticity. I'd agree with most at the EF-40, although I'm betting that in hand this looks nicer than the photos show it to be and might pop it up to 45. Report this Post to the Staff
billjones Pillar of the Community United States 1499 Posts	Posted 03/13/2016 3:21 pm I think that the coin would grade if it were to be submitted to a TPG. As for the grade, somewhere in the EF range. It's an EF-40 if there is not much luster; EF-45 if there is a decent amount of luster in the protected areas. BTW buying Trade dollars in NGC or PCGS slabs is a good idea. There are too many counterfeits on the market. Report this Post to the Staff
