Some people think that the all the good or great coins are in PCGS holders. Those people have not looked at enough coins in NGC holders. I'll start a discussion about this issue later, for now here's a really nice NGC graded coin that is right on the money for what it says on the label.

I have coins from all three TPG's...NGC was my first submission, and I rate them right up there with PCGS...That's a heck of a coin, great in every way.MS64 maybe 65..PCGS is hard to beat for resale! Beautiful!

NGC graded this one MS-65, and it is "all there." There is a little mark on Ms. Liberty's neck, and there is some die rust on her cheek. That only matters if you were trying to push this as an MS-67 or something out this world like that. Die rust was problem at the first U.S. Mint because of the humid Phildelphia air in the summer. Having grown up in the general area, I can vouch for that.
When I bought this a few years ago, a collector who had been an under bidder when this piece was sold by Heritage offered me a small profit at MS-65 money. As you can see I passed.
