1891 Seated Dime Proof? - Coin Community Forum

SCDave Valued Member United States 118 Posts	Posted 03/12/2016 5:34 pm This is my 7070 type coin for the later Seated dime. It's a detector find so it has a few scratches but it must've been lost early in its life. The pictures aren't the best but they do show the contrast ok, especially on the reverse. As Westernsky mentioned, there is rounding rather than sharp clear separation from the fields on the devices and the peripheries. Still an absolutely lovely find. I just love circulation cameo coins.
