It is from Iran, but the date is blurry. It looks to be 1321, which would convert to 1903 in the Georgian calendar, but I could be wrong because of the blurriness.

. Definitely from Iran, but date could be 1221, 1231, 1321, or 1331. Need better pics to nail down the AH date.
