I have to say it's details show around an F15 I try to grade conservatively but I pretty on par for what PCGS comes back with... I think VF20 would be a stretch for a TPG...

F-15, may have an old dip but I don't think it impacts value much - it's a fairly clean example for the grade

F15 to me, I don't see any reason for a details grade on this one, and at a fine grade, who cares on the more common date/mint marks anyways, it's a good buy at $23.00.
