It's been out in the wild for forty-five years and has likely been passed around many times in those years. During that time it might have been in lost [at a high school football game snack shack?] and when it was picked up ten years later it would look like that. Note the nice spread on the devices. This DDO is not real expensive. They are probably on ebay for a modest price. (the die made a full run. so look for the better die states on this one.
