Could be a partially Grease Filled Die. Can you get a closeup of the date?

to CCF. Not an error. I see it also on IN GOD WE TRUST.Could be one of three things:a worn die,grease filled die or circulation wear.I think if it is a Grease Filled Die it would be considered an error but to minor to keep.

It is a slight Grease Fill error near the date. Spendable.
