Lots of dark contact marks on the high points. I'm on the fence, AU-58 possibly MS-61.

I think I'm at AU-58. I'm seeing contact on the talons and wing tips I'm pretty sure.

AU-58 here also, but could be a slider any day!

I'm on the AU-58 bandwagon as well. The wide, dark area on the cheek, similar areas on Liberty's cap and neck, and visible friction in the fields behind Liberty's head and by the eagle's right (facing) wing are all evidence of light friction from circulation. The decent luster and relative absence of contact marks gives the coin good eye appeal.

Might be easier to grade if I had the coin in hand.
From their picture I could see anywhere AU 58 to MS 61

Two ways this could go as most people have already stated.
AU if this coin was lightly circulated MS if this is roll rub. (not uncommon.)
