Are there any opinions out there on what the grade you think PCGS assigned to this coin?

I will post photos of the slab as soon as I round up my disassembled photographic equipment and pick up the slab.

I received notice that a PCGS package just arrived at the post office.

This coin is now at the variety forum for review:

Please return to this grading forum to post your opinions on the raw coin for now.

In addition to the grade try giving a shot on the genuineness or not of this coin.

The first picture makes the coin look harshly cleaned, although that picture is way overexposed. The second one confirms that large scratch down Ms. Liberty's neck to the rim of the piece.

EF-45 Sharpness, detail grade for scratches.
