Noticed something a little off about his mouth so I took a closer look. Any ideas? Thanks.

I'm guessing... but it's either a tiny die chip with dirt around it... or herpes.

Definitely not dirt or debris. I dipped it in acetone and used a softened toothpick on it. Maybe staining? Or missing clad in that area?
Hopefully Teddy does not have herpes.

Looks like it is staining. If it is level with the surface, that is what it is.

Definitely level with the surface except for the raised spot on the tip of the lip. So I'm going with die chip and staining.
Thank you both for the input.
