Latest find. I think it makes MS63.

Not sure on VAM, but do believe it is a far date. Thought the mark on the 1st 8 in the date might be something...but from what I can tell it is a very common mark for this year.

Have a look at V18 and take notice of the comment about V18A.

Bit of a slider. I'll say AU-58 but could see this grading MS-62 if the grader is having a good day

If it was for the large scratch on the cheek it would be MS-63, but because of it I'd say MS-62.

Thanks all.

Dave. Thanks! You did it again. I checked it out and it appears to be a VAM-18 (has all the marks). Doesn't have the marks in the TY of Liberty to be a VAM-18A Woohoo another Hot 50 VAM!! Makes a Common Date even better.

Now about the grade. Why AU? First time I gotta disagree...sorry. Could be my pics but this looks just like my other MS coins. Am I missing something? Was described as uncirculated on ebay.

Rest in Peace

I think the lighting especially on your obverse photo is not coin friendly. It's making the difference between slight circulation wear and bag rub nearly impossible to discern. Congrats on snagging a Hot 50!

I would be in the AU-58 camp but it could go MS-62 if those are not rubs and just lighting inconsistencies on the pic.

I do not see any wear.

MS-62 or MS-63; I could see it going either way.

Thanks again guys! Took new pics with different lighting. See if it still rates an AU.
