I would say it would grade G-4, possibly details.

Just a textbook "Average circulated" common Barber Half (G Details) with possible minor problems that is worth little over spot.
I'd say G-4 because on the reverse, the rim at the bottom isn't distinct enough and the eagle/motto details are nearly gone. I'd like about half of the motto for G-6, most or all of the motto for VG-8, and a full motto for VG-10. Also, LIBERTY on the obverse has just the "Y" and part of the "T" and maybe a sliver of the "L" possibly visible. A true VG coin should have at least the full L, Y, and at least half of the "I" and "T". I don't think the scratch is significant enough for damage, but it definitely hurts the eye appeal.

My eyes must be bad, I don't see any of the letters in Liberty.

G-4. For a $14 coin not sure we really need to get into "details v/ not details". It's worth G-4 money IMHO.
