Where are you suspecting DDO on these cents? Can we get a closeup of that area?

Looks like slightly MAD

The 1968 design was the last year to use the master hub. It was time for a new master hub and in 1969 they came out with the new design. All the 1968 cents looked a lot like your coin in varying degrees.
