I found this 1948S last night searching more wheats. The strangest thinh about this penny is it it really cupped out. I placed it on a flat surface and the reverve lay prefectly flat. But you can really fel the edges and cupped out obverse. None of the obverse surface looks to have been hammered. It does appear to be cupper bu the die.

Looking looker at the MM it also appears to be a 1948s-1mm-005,6 or 7 on Coppers site. Maybe one of you can tell me if it is and which one it might be.
