This is the best one from a batch I picked up - a little dirty - should I leave it or try a bit of acetone and what grade would you give this? Thanks as always for looking.

bullion value only looks cleaned with a wire brush?

Looks like it was cleaned with a BBQ brush.
No numismatic value.
