this is environmental toning, either too humid or too hot or a mixture of both, also the holders were very prone to the air, so not uncommon..what is it graded at by the ICCS holder?

I'll give it an MS65..with One water line,..and beautiful toning..

I'm guessing that the plastic has the fine scratches we are seeing..like from A to the top of the tree as an example here of a fine line..

The strike and rims are just too nice for a circulation coin.

ICCS gave it a PL65 grade. I'll check if it's a WL variety

Just checked it. No it's not. Just a very well placed dust/hair

As for the WL, thoughts? I don't think it is, but it sure has a very weak strike for the lower WL

Appears to be a nice looking Dollar. How vibrant is the toning and what hues are present.
A nice set of attractively toned PL Dollars would be quite a challenge.

It's mostly dark toning. You see the typical glow of like rusty brown/orange, as well as a grey/blue-ish tone. not sure what that colour is to be exact lol. But overall it is nice. Just a few spots on the obverse side that are a little distracting but oh well.
