Several years ago I figured out that I can get close to the same price buying fewer at a time if I just email the sellers directly. I normally pick 5 or 6 ebay sellers and email them with what I need and ask for the best price including s/h. My last order came to $369.95 shipped. I'm also interested to know what sizes you're talking about for $.13. I can get that price on the tiny ones, but I'd love to find a way to get the size 3 and up at that price.
