Just so happens that earlier in the day he bought a bag of $60 face in quarters and offered it for 2 tubes of my 2015's. Here's how it broke down date wise. I wouldn't do it unless I was collecting quarters and wanted to fill holes in an album. It's your call but not a good deal IMO even though it's 43ozs for 40ozs because of ASE premiums.
