Strike looks about average and EF seems an appropriate grade. Maybe throw it into a 10-coin Economy submission at ANACS if you must have it certified; otherwise, I wouldn't spend the money. Your 1827 Bust 1/2, on the other hand, has spotty patches of different color shades with abrupt and well defined edges.
