Might be a "commercial Unc", but banged around as it is, I would probably give it an AU-58.

I can't see any higher than AU-58.

Looks AU53 or so. Not a lot of luster and pretty banged up. I've seen such pieces graded MS61 but cannot see that piece going MS.

Obvious wear on cheek, hair, and coronet and diminished luster in the fields. Bag marks are consistent with actual use in circulation. Once upon a time a coin was expected to have half the luster remaining to qualify as AU but that standard seems to have gone away. Nevertheless, I'd call this one AU-50, no higher.
