Advertised as six state PCGS PR 69 Silver Quarters. I made the mistake of including a graded clad quarter with 5 other silver quarters. My options are 1.End the auction and relist I might have to pay a final value fee 2.Let the auction end and work out something with the winner Any input would be appreciated? ebay auction ID number 121944654532 Report this Post to the Staff

nss-52 Moderator United States 54283 Posts	Posted 04/14/2016 08:28 am Your title states "Silver State Quarter Set" and your description states "6 1999 PCGS PR 69 Silver Quarters", thus a buyer would expect to get SIX silver quarters. Some options: 1) REVISE the listing (add to the item description, not edit the existing description) to indicate that one of the quarters is not silver (but the buyer may still not notice, and you may have to defend a Not As Described (NAD) claim - but you should win, but no guarantees knowing ebay). 2) Let it ride and risk a NAD claim and the necessary hassles that entails. Working it out with the buyer may cost you more than the FVF for ending it. 2) CANCEL bids and END the listing - you will have to pay a FVF, but you will not be subject to a claim of NAD. You could then correct the photo or the listing, and relist it. I think it comes down to how comfortable you are with the NAD process and how averse you are to paying a FVF (~$6.50) when the item did not really sell. If I as a bidder placed a bid thinking I was bidding on 6 silver quarters and it was only 5 and a clad, maybe I wouldn't have wanted to bid what I did. I think I would eat the $6.50 or so and avoid the grief that is likely to come with ending the current auction in a revised state like this.
