Non-Coin milestone. A year after leaving California and moving back with our parents to save our money and six months of open houses and rejected offers, my fiance and I just moved into our first house. It's a 1914 Dutch Colonial in a small Massachusetts town. It's had only two owners and has been meticulously maintained. All Original woodwork never painted, glass door knobs and hardwood floors. We are very happy and are about 90% moved in.

Wow, that is some fabulous woodwork. You don't see that kind of craftsmanship in many houses these days.

There is a good side yard Hello There. If it had a back yard, somebody else may have bought it before us. :)
BStrauss3, I was thinking of having it graded but there are a few scratches on the reverse.

I have a similar house from the same era with great woodwork on the interior.
Oh, and sorry for the wallpaper. Again, similar condition upon moving in. I thought it would be nice to get to the original plaster walls. I did it, lets just say it wasn't an easy process.

Beautiful home. My father recently sold one very similar on the inside (he's a realtor), when I saw it I thought it was the same home, but yours is nicer on the outside, and the woodwork is stunning.
