garys64wildcat Pillar of the Community United States 593 Posts	Posted 04/14/2016 12:58 pm My local small grocery lady that has been saving me LWC`c etc. offered me 5 Peace dollars yesterday. 2-1922D`s 1 1924 1-1927D and 1-1934D. all VF or better for $90. Hope it was worth the money. The 1927d and 1934d have low mintage. I have to buy a new camera that works decent to send pics like some you folks Report this Post to the Staff

terry8835 Pillar of the Community United States 1450 Posts	Posted 04/23/2016 10:01 am I have read recently in a coin magazine that getting 1921 Peace dollar in MS condition is a fine bargain. The prices on both 1928's and 21's have been falling since I bought mine a few years ago. The high relief 1921 may be the real bargain. I have full sets of Peace dollars but I might buy 21 and 28 if they are high grade and price is right. Report this Post to the Staff

Mine gets several Franklin halves for instance, but I'm not the only coin collector who works there, and he's the lucky guy that gets to take them all home! Report this Post to the Staff
