Too Baggy and the blemish betwixt the Chin and the
E in REGINA precludes a higher grade.

Really only a 60 from my screen . Way too baggy as most are. A true MS 64 or better is very scarce and represents a real find when you acquire one.

My guess is 62 for anacs. I'd say 60 imo

it depends on when it was graded, I would say it's an example of today's ms63 though yesterday's ms 60 maybe 62. Nice coin though, much luster.

Some of the apparent bagginess is likely scratches on the holder.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
