I am not the best at grading coins from either the early 1920-1936, nor am I any good when it comes to coins from 1980-1990! Help if you don't mind.

I have a book http://www.cdncoin.com/Guide-for-Gr...81500915.htm

I would highly recommend it... it has helped me with my grading...

The pictures you have taken make it very hard to see the coin.. I would recommend taking photos of the coin while out of the flip.

And try to take pictures using the same amount of "zoom" so the show up on the computer as the same size.

Sorry, I think the proportion rate between the two coins is off due to the free image optimizer that I tried using, give me a moment, will try to post a better picture

It looks like a 'bare belly' coin with the photos provided.

Apitrix , I "played" with your picture a bit.

while still not a great pic , it does like
a bear belly. A strong strike also.

Canacoins,

I am not the best at taking pics of coins sadly! :(
And a bare belly is a bare belly, always cool to find, I'm going to try to get the 4 different varieities I think, the very small bb, small bb, medium bb, and the large bb. I'm assuming they're from different stages of the die that was used but not entirely sure

Thanks very much for the warm welcoming! If at any time I can ever help with anything, my time and spare coins are always available to help! Then again, some people on here probably put my collection to shame! But as for right now I have my 1922-2016 nickels And almost my full 1858-1920 nickels completed!
