1964 D, Type C Washington Quarter? Satin?

cec-nb New Member United States 26 Posts	Posted 04/19/2016 9:30 pm Hi, I'm trying to figure out what this 1964 washington might be. Is it, a 1964, Type 'C' Reverse? Coin has extremely great eye appeal (in my opinion). It looks so distinctly different then the rest of the quarters in my collection. I figured it had to be some kind of variety but have not yet found answers. please let me know what you think. Report this Post to the Staff

Hard to see from here, but doesn't look to have the split tail feathers, and the leaves are not pointed enough. A close up of the lower part of the reverse will confirm or deny this.
