Just won these three today. I am now at the mercy of the seller's combined shipping policy to determine whether I made out like a bandit, or got an OK deal. Lot 1: Magnus Maximus and Gratian? http://www.ebay.com/itm/LOT-2-Ancie...=WON&trxId=0Lot 2: http://www.ebay.com/itm/LOT-4-Ancie...p-cvip-panelGratian, Honorius, Constantius II (?) and Decentius Lot 3: http://www.ebay.com/itm/LOT-4-Ancie...p-cvip-panelTwo Constantine boys, Constantinopolis, and a very purdy Barb. I like how faithfully the obverse was copied, but the engraver just ran out of steam on the reverse. ebay Mobile app is doing something to the resolution of the pictures, so I won't be able to tell mints until the coins are in hand. Anything stand out? I know that Magnus Maximus and Decentius are less common, but I don't really know what that means in terms of value or absolute scarcity. The Mag. Max is a much needed upgrade to the thickly patinated one I already own, and to my knowledge I do not yet own a Decentius.

I suppose $0.40 per identifiable coin cannot be a bad deal, regardless of emperor!

@finn, I hope the coins are also nice when you get them in hand. Any concerns about a seller from a Germany who ships from China/Hong Kong/Taiwan? I don't buy much on ebay, but I haven't seen that sort of arrangement previously.

I noticed the seller is located in Germany, ships worldwide, but excludes Germany.

My hypothesis. He spent some time in Asian and brought his inventory with him. He lives in Germany and just has a friend or associate ship the coins for him to avoid the hassle of dealing with German customs.
Or, he lives in Asia for part of the year for work or something but his account was set up in his home base of Germany. That would explain the restriction on shipping to Germany as it can be a pain.
I once tried to ship a coin to a friend on FAC to Germany and it just sat there in customs for a few months before being returned to me in the US.

Awesome news--the seller waived shipping cost for the second two lots; final cost is $11 shipped for all 10 coins!
As far as the seller goes, I have bought from similar "German seller but ships from Eastern Europe or Asia" before--usually without issue. Assuming the coins are real (Except for the Tetricus barb), I think this was one of my better transactions yet. Nothing really new, but I can finally say goodbye to some coins I was only holding onto because of the scarcer emperor.

Nice finds! You are right on with the emperors too (all the ones with the question marks).

Package arrived today. Not sure why the seller was listed as shipping from Hong Kong because it was definitely German post. (Also on the topic of foreign customs, the coins were wrapped up in a German Aldi ad, and the customs declaration simply said "Dokument")
My eyes are too tired to work at the mintmarks right now, but coins are good in hand! Most should be fully attributable, I think.
