This could be just about any Wheat cent. Photo too dark, too small, too out of focus.

Seller seems to have a little better ability to photograph with their other listings.

This one....unacceptable (per ebay policy).

Relisted, and now we know why the photos were dark. This is why I don't let them slide as "just bad photography".

It is a fake. The mint mark in not in a genuine position, and the VDB does not match those on SF mint coins.
