In your 3rd picture the back left leg of the Buffalo looks doubled.

looked at several 2005 bison listed on ebay, none listed as errors. All of them looked like that so I assume that is the normal way it is supposed to look. In close up it looks like a tendon on the back of the leg, no doubling obvious.

That is (depending on how you look at it) more/less than a leg. It that a die crack from about 8:00, or something on the slab?

I have seen this coin and the ones I know about have a doubled leg on the front right leg.
