@new1954 You are welcome and understood your situation clearly. Any pre-sale coin or reserve coin with no RCM's order confirmation is not a final sale. It is just an agreement that rep will " try to " order customer's desire quantity. Unconfirm until entering into RCM's system and receive order confirmation. |

Interestingly, the RCM had stock this morning as reported on the other forum. So the status has changed several times. From waiting list to awaiting stock to in stock, back to awaiting stock. Plus the German dealer still have stock. The most telling thing is there is no more waiting list. Those that really want one got one. They would not move inventory to in stock unless the waiting list was fulfilled. |

But was it a real waiting list? When I clicked on 'waiting list' a week or so ago, all it did was give me an opportunity to insert an e-mail address which would be pinged when the coin was back in stock. That to me is not a real waiting list. |

I know reps put you on a waiting list for hot coins. I was on a waiting list for the Voyageur coin. Never got one.
Did anyone got put on a rep's waiting list for the gold Star Trek coin and got one?

Did you actually insert your email address or not on that original wait list for the gold star trek?
I have entered my email address, as a test, for the 5 ounce maple leaf coin last week. Nothing has pinged thus far. Even though I have a rep, I just wanted to see if anything would happen. LOL
So far NOTHING.

When Gold Star Trek were soldout on RCM website few days ago, RCM put up " wait list " on its website for customers to sign up with their e-mail for further notification when coin becomes available again. I did signed up with my e-mail address. Unfortunately, Gold Star Trek was available this morning to all RCM customers, meanwhile, no notification to people that are on wait list. lol. How sad. |

I believe that "wait list" is for their website people to get more email addresses to forward upcoming new coins and that is all!!
As CC-Ottawa states: "I know a fishing trip when I see one"!! So, so, so true:((((((

I saw yesterday at PO the Stamp and Coin ST set.
Really wanted to be impressed (just to keep some ST item), but it didn't happen. Not bad and nothing extra. $20for$20 more appeals, but both of them could be simple gifts.

And just today, I received my (additional) 5 x 20/4/20 Enterprise coins... along with a brochure with a big centrefold (French & English) of the $200 Delta Insignia coin.  Any new customers receiving the coins for the first time - that might be interested - will surely be disappointed with New Advertising - already sold out. Edited by Dcadon

Well the next interesting saga will be when a large Western Canada dealer does with their allocations, still don't understand the RCM's logic in the gold coins delayed release. Edited by john100
