Hello all, just wondering if this error is common, and what the book value would be on it since the back serials are missing entirely, found 1 example for 100 USD.

This note generally comes in two varieties, 1) serial no. on face only, 2) serial no. on face and back. They are P.85a and P.85b respectively. Both varieties are common.
