Seller says, and yes in all caps "HAS A VERY UNIQUE STRUCK, MAJOR ERROR ,IF YOU LOOK AT LINCOLN'S HEAD IT DOUBLE STRUCK AND PERPENDICULAR CROSS YOU NAME AT" and " IF YOU LOOK AT THE REVERS IT WAS STRUCK OVER THE LINCOLNS HEAD"

I am having trouble seeing what the seller sees.

On top of that trouble, the cynic in me questions the authenticity of this coin based on the odd shape of the mint mark, but it may be the oblique photo angle.

coop; wrote: "When something sold has a lot of words to talk you into buying it, remember one thing....R U N !" Too which I would add those "lots of words" are emotional triggers. When you buy a coin you have to leave the emotion out of it as soon as the money comes in to play. The grade and price are right or they wrong so it is either thumbs or thumbs down. Let's say this coin was actually a 1911-S/S repunched mintmark. If I were listing one of those I would probably say 1911-S/S Lincoln Cent RPM#1 (get the variety numbers for Lincolns off of coppercoins.com) XF-45. Now I have a store category for Cherrypicker Varieties and Errors. Also serious RPM collectors WILL do a google search of 1911-S/S to find it. If I did not have a Cherrypicker Variety and Error category section in my store I would spell out RPM as of course repunched mintmark. I also would prefer to have the space so I can say such relevant thinks as Nice Chocolate Brown, Minimal Amount of Contact Marks, Razor Sharp Wheat Lines/and or Leaves/ and or Mintmark etc. That's how you sell a coin online. Then again when you have a piece of absolutely junk well . . . I am reminded that P. T. Barnum once said "There's a sucker born every minute." You just have to make sure that in this case you are not that sucker.
