The appearance of the doubling only shows on Homestead. Any input would be appreciated.

The writing is incuse, so I believe that a DDR would make the writing smaller.

It is hard to tell with the bright light directly on the area in question.

It is machine damage on those incuse devices. It seems that a large percentage of the ATB Quarters are suffering from this. Just MD. I've got a roll that I've collected from circulation and want to see how many out of 40 are suffering from this. Just haven't got it done yet. It looks like about 1/2 have this issue. But don't quote me on this yet.
