Sorta confused on this one. I want to think it is a 1956 D/D to the west, but am unsure. You can see what appears to be a major split serif at the bottom of the D. Help is appreciated. -CRHer
Most often when you see the split on the serif, they are tilted or rotated. But when they are exactly the same, they are usually west. ('usually'- because there are exceptions to every rule)
