Just stumbled on this one. There is a second bottom lip and bridge of the nose. Also check the bottom of the earlobe although this appears more like a contact mark. Could it be a double die? Thx!

Quite pricey...I assume it's rare on top of the quality of the coin. Mine has the area across the bridge of the nose. This one does not. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1953-S-MS63...331640996309

I'm still not seeing it. Too dark on the lips area. I should look something like this I guess:

Don't think it's that exact one...it's different. The bridge of the nose does not have the same raised area as mine. Looking at variety vista there seems to be many versions and images...could it be a die clash vs doubling?

From what I can see on your images, that it is not a DDO. More of an altered die isolated polishing issue. The devices you see altered doesn't follow what the hub would have created. The direction affected is in the same direction, but on the field and not on the bust as a hub doubled die would show. That is what I'm seeing on your coin.
Overlay target areas of clash:

That I also feel it is the same over polishing. (saw that before) Thus I included the clash to show what areas might be affected during a clash. Those areas are also target areas.

John Wiles also shows the clash areas in his examples: http://varietyvista.com/Hot%20Lips%...%20Study.htm

James Wiles images are used in the first three images of an overlay of a normal coin and the overlay to show how much the devices are enlarged.

The second pair of overlays are to show the olive branch how it would affect the face during a clash. But the DDO protrudes out further. So he is showing what a normal die clash would look like and a die clash with the DDO. (just figured out the the HL after the dates mean; Hot Lips)
