Looks like it became CU-1c-1983-08 it's definitely rim to rim just not sure of I can make out displacement-possibly the top of T?

Looks like foil that is peeling off the rim of the coin to me. Possible struck through foil.

Its funny when I first saw this I thought it was a retained struck through but with a 16x I clearly could see its a crack and zinc is showing through but my pics could be misleading-might be too zoomed in not a big deal thanks for looking
