At worst 58, maybe up to 62. Difficult to see obverse, but the right field looks chattered and I'm assuming the toning may be hiding something similar on the left side - just a guess.

Hard to tell from photos, but it looks like it has potential to grade higher than 63. Closer shot of OBV might help. Certainly MS though.
