Should I keep this $20 note? I know it's in rough shape but it has the lowest production that I can find (my records only go back to 1974) at 38,400,000. The next lowest St. Louis FRB (H8) is 211,200,000. All comments are appreciated.

Don't see any reason to keep it. 38.4 million is still huge. I'd use it towards a nice piece of currency.

The series 2004A $20 GH-A block had 76,800,000 notes printed. The GG-A block had 38,400,000.
Both of these are high enough that I am unable to place any premium on your example.

The GF-D (fw) would be a good note to look for with only 6,400,000 printed, but it would have to be an uncirculated example to be collectible.

76.8 million is a lot http://www.uspapermoney.info/serials/f2004av.html
and the condition is low. I would not keep it,IMHO. A low run is 320,000 or less.
