Always cool to add to a collection, especially with the centennial issues. As for value, there isn't a premium for this minor off center. It's got clean fields and pretty clean devices. I'd definitely keep it in my collection

Could this quarter be double struck? I see 2 rows of beads on the reverse from 6 o'clock to 9 o'clock. I have 2 coins that at first glance looked to be just off centers but turned out to be double struck.

So double struck, second strike broad struck (struck out of collar). That should add some value to it. A very nice addition to an error collection. And my favourite year!

In my opinion it's a typical partial broad strike. struck with a broken collar.you can prob see reeding on only part of the edging. What you are seeing in the 6-9 o'clock is not evidence of a double strike, as you will see it is not a second set of dots but impressions edge reeding from broken collar. Thats a partial broadstike imo. Some call it a partial collar strike. Can still see a little bit of edging so it's not what would be called a broadstike where the collar didn't engage at all. I'm still not seeing any evidence of a double strike. What some have said to be dots is just edge reeding in my opinion from the broken collar.
