Here is a second 1907 No Periods $10 gold Indian piece. This one is PCGS graded. What do think this one grades? I included some historical notes about this piece with the other example of this coin that I posted, so I won't repeat them here.

MS63 maybe 64....That hit on the face may have kept it from 64. Nice coins nonetheless.

I like the other one better, but I think this one still gets an MS-64.

Agree 64; don't like this one quite as much as the NGC-graded example. But a beauty in any event.

MS64 I graded this one at 64 because of the small mark on the cheek. The coin does have excellent luster and PCGS tends to like strong luster.

PCGS graded this 1907 $10 Indian gold coin as an MS-64, and it has a green CAC sticker. The coin has better than average luster for this issue. If it were not for the mark on the cheek that some of you noted, this piece might have made MS-65.

Looks 64 and amazingly I don't think it's as nice as the other $10 gold you posted that got the MS-61 from NGC. PCGS 1, NGC 0!

Yes, luster gets more credit than it deserves more often than at PCGS from my experience.
