I'm surprised none of you were sure of what you were seeing. I sense a "this is too good to be true" mentality, which is perfectly understandable. Yes this coin is a cheap Chinese counterfeit. I bought it for $2 on the no-no site. I was playing around with it, and I saw that at certain angles of light, the coin almost looked genuine. I just wanted to see if the masses would catch on.
I'm also surprised no one tried to attribute it. One would certainly have noticed the weird notch on the 9 and the fat letters of LIBERTY.
The edge is very sharp and looks to have been struck in a collar. I don't remember the weight, but I believe it was off.

I agree. No expert here, but there appears to be more(or just thicker)edge reeding on reverse than obvers. Is this just an illusion? If not is this normal on these?
That is a fairly normal occurance, but the thin teeth of the obverse dentils is not normal.
This was my most deceptive Chinese counterfeit copper. All my others have problems that surely would have been noticed immediately (1793's had wire rims, 1794 was made of brass and had a wire rim, 1796 DB had style 2 hair).
