is it magnetic? What does it weigh.
It does look a little "off" in color.

If it is good, there's a DDO there.

Double Die Obverse. (obverse means the front or portrait side of the coin)
There is doubling of the EEN of Queen.
The weight and non-magnetism are good signs. It should weigh 5.83 grams give or take a little. It should not be magnetic.

This is the more common TypeB bust/type II reverse. NGC lists this at $200 in VF20 vs. the $900 for the other type.
Obverse marker would be the front panels of the queens dress with the bottom panel being cut off halfway.
The reverse marker would be at 12 o'clock. The type 1 is on the left and type 2 on the right.

It just looks 'off' to me. For the money, I'd have it certified and slabbed with the vendor on the hook if it comes back as a fake.

A true DDO would add value.
Machine Doubling would detract.

Not to hijack the thread, but I've never seen victorian rupees at the prices listed by NGC (200$ in VF). I see them at around 30$-50$ at coin shows. Maybe I'm missing something.
