Is there a problem with sending coins to Switzerland?

A certain dealer specifically states he doesn't ship to Switzerland among the usual "no Paypal" etc. notes in the item's descrption.

I haven't noticed Switzerland among the exclusion lists before as it is not a country where half the letters with coins would be "lost". Is there another reason behind it?
Rest in Peace

That particular dealer may have had a problem. Not usually a country that is excluded.

I wouldn't advise Turkey.

As far as I recall correctly Switzerland officially has some regulations that require coins of a certain age to have a certificate of provenience or origin.

Switzerland is not part of the EU and doesn't take part in most other agreements, and as such postage from within the EU costs twice as much. I know this from my local coin dealer who also has a web shop. As such, Switzerland is just too expensive to send to for regular shipping prizes.
