1974 D/D RPM, Looks Like The -008 But Also Looks As Though A D/D/D?

Found this 1974 D, appears to be a minor rpm albeit each of the 74's seem minor...it appears to line up with the 1MM-008 but also appears to be a D/D/D?

The overlay shows it is 008. but the little mark on the lower serif maybe just a light contact mark. Nice find. I hadn't realized there were so many for this year.
